Program Settings - Email Page
You can automatically email the completed report as an
attachment to one or multiple recipients. . To do so, you must
first identify your mail servers and supply needed account
information.

Description

SMTP
|
Choose this option if your mail system uses the Simple Mail
Transfer Protocol. SMTP is a standard Internet mail protocol that
many client applications.

SMTP Server
|
The host name of the SMTP mail server.
|
|
Mail From
|
The From field in the e-mail message containing the reports.
|
|
Account
|
Mail account on the SMTP server.
|
|
Password
|
The password to access the account.
|
|
MAPI
|
Choose this option if your mail system uses the Messaging
Application Programming Interface as its storage, retrieval and
transfer protocol. MAPI is a Windows-based mail protocol that
Microsoft mail software and some other vendors software uses.

Profile
|
The MAPI profile name.
